Ingredients:

4 russet potatoes, peeled
4 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice your peeled russet potatoes into steak fry-sized pieces.
  3. Throw your sliced potatoes into a large bowl, add oil and seasoning and toss well to coat.
  4. Carefully place your potato slices on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then flip your fries and continue cooking another 10 to 15 minutes or until well browned and serve right away.
