Okay, what kind of stupid idiots would pick New York City as a target for terror?!!.

For the record, I was there.

I was at my office on Houston St. near the West Side Highway and saw the towers fall. I was evacuated from my building because I was below the 14th Street line. I saw the FBI, the NYFD, the NYPD, and the military come to New York. I had my adventure attempting to get out of the city and I saw the carnage of some of the people who were cleaning the ashes off of them.

Now here's the problem. These Arab BASTARDS decided to do this to New York. I don't know how many of you have met New Yorkers, are New Yorkers, or have heard about New Yorkers. These people are unflappable. They DO NOT SCARE! The basic philosophy of your average New Yorker in regard to terrorism is WE WILL FIND YOU AND F*%K YOU UP! I mean, it would have been better for them to attack a city full of wussies like… I don't know...Baghdad.

Let me tell you that this incident will not go unpunished. What happened the last time the US was attacked 60 years ago? Remember, Pearl Harbor? How ready was the US to fight the Axis? The US will not hesitate to fight these terrorists wherever they may be.

As I sit here, I have heard news that one of my co-workers has a husband that is among the missing. It is 30 hours after the incident. I cannot tell you how much I grieve for her. She was married a little more than a year. They were a really happy couple who had it all. He had a good job and she had a good job. They just started to go house shopping and were making plans to have kids. I have never seen a happier couple. Now this. They did nothing wrong. He went to work and did his job. And because of some coward like Osama Bin Laden who not only is a liar, (I didn't do it! I didn't do it! The check is in the mail! And if you believe him I have a bridge to sell you.) but attacked by using a plane full of innocents (with the exception of the terrorists aboard) to crash into two gigantic buildings full of innocents.

People like you and I.

According to REUTERS - Authorities in Massachusetts have identified five Arab men as suspects in Tuesday's attack on New York City and have seized a rental car containing Arabic-language flight training manuals at Logan International Airport, a source told the Boston Herald newspaper. Two of the men were brothers whose passports were traced to the United Arab Emirates, the unidentified source told the Herald. One of the men was a trained pilot, the paper reported on its Web site on Wednesday. The paper said investigators suspect the two brothers were aboard hijacked United Airlines flight 175, which pilot union officials said was one of the aircraft that crashed into the World Trade Center. Flight UA 175 left from Boston en route to Los Angeles with 56 passengers on board. American Airlines flight 11 from Boston to Los Angeles crashed into the other World Trade Center tower. Another aircraft hit the Pentagon (news - web sites) and a fourth aircraft crashed in Pennsylvania. At least two other suspects flew to Logan on Tuesday from Portland, Maine, where authorities believe they had traveled after crossing over from Canada recently, the Herald reported. Authorities were informed about the rental car by a civilian who got into a fight with several Arab men as they were parking their car, the paper reported.

According to the AP - The FBI is using intelligence intercepts, last-minute cell phone calls from jet crash victims and search warrants to assemble early evidence linking the worst terrorist attacks on American soil to Saudi exile Osama Bin Laden.

What was he thinking? That when the US and AP News showed the Afghanistan people dancing in the streets that the Americans would just say, "Oh No! We're afraid!! We can't attack them. They are happy people!!". Find me an American that did not want to put his or her fist through their TV in hopes of punching one of those bastards. I think it just makes our job easier. You see the American subculture of Generation X (although dumber than a bag of hammers) has no conscience and like to see people like that suffer. Bin Laden raised the three H's. High Holy Hell! The attitude would be: Let me see you scream first before I shoot you. By the way, that is who we are sending. Unfortunately, I'm too old at this point. There is no fear with the Americans, there is restrained fury. In my lifetime, I have never seen this. This is patriotism that has not been seen since WWII, WWI, The Civil War, and the Revolutionary War. The enemy is on our soil. And they will die.

Did he think that the US wasn't ready for war? Did he think that Clinton was still in charge? Did he think that we were not going to give our troops ammo to wipe them out? Did he think we weren't going to find him? Did he think the policy for dealing with the enemy was not going to be "Shoot first and ask questions later"?

This is no Viet Nam. This is no Persian Gulf War.
